The format

How a lunch runs

Three hours, no lectern-thumping, no compulsory sixty-second pitches. Times are approximate and may differ for our Christmas event — your booking confirmation is the one to trust.

The practical bits

Do I need to be a member?

No. There is no membership fee and no commitment to attend every event. Book the lunches that work for you.

What does it cost?

Each lunch is priced individually and includes two courses. The current price is shown on the booking page for that date.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Tickets can be amended or cancelled up to noon on the Friday before the event, using the “manage my tickets” area of the booking system. After that we have confirmed numbers with the venue, who charge for your place whether or not you attend, so no further changes can be made. Refunds are made minus the booking fee, which is still payable to our booking and payment service.

I have a dietary requirement.

We cater for vegetarians, vegans and allergies. Add your requirement at the booking stage and we pass it to the venue with the final numbers.

Is it just for big businesses?

Not at all. The room is a mix of sole traders, small firms and larger local employers, across every sector.
